The work with brass and iron began 40 years ago (1977) for Johann Helminger in a small German village called "Waging am See". After becoming a master in the architecture of brass and iron in 1981, Johann quickly founded his own company. He was soon known for his detailed craftsmanship and design, which lead to a global expansion of customers. The way that Johann Helminger masterpieces are has almost become a lost art, but is revived in metal design exclusive. Given the demand for unique and high quality products, we switched from a regular forge factory to a company specializing in artistic forging.
